01 / ABOUT THE PLACE

About this place

At Mazesoba Jack, the signature Mazesoba Jack brings springy thick noodles tossed through a foundation of soy sauce tare and aromatic oil resting at the bottom of the bowl. Moist chashu and bamboo shoots meet crisp diced onions and mizuna greens, creating a bowl that feels rich and savoury without tilting into heavy greasiness. Portions begin at a regular serving of 180 g, with large and extra-large options available for diners wanting a heartier meal.

The wide selection of flavours offers an appealing choice whenever tastes shift. The Taiwan mazesoba includes fish powder, Chinese chives, and seasoned minced meat, while the tantan mazesoba highlights nutty richness and gentle spice. For a Western twist, the carbo mazesoba coats the noodles in creamy cheese flavours. Those craving soup can opt for shoyu ramen or a children's ramen, making the menu flexible across different dining occasions.

Counter condiments invite continuous adjustments throughout the meal, including tempura scraps mixed with green laver, vinegar, grated garlic, and homemade chilli oil to shift aroma and texture. After finishing the noodles, stirring a complimentary scoop of oimeshi rice into the remaining sauce and toppings is the customary way to close the bowl. Featuring 6 counter seats alongside table seating, the shop operates via ticket machine and accepts cash only.
